Job Description
A regulated financial brokerage specializing in Foreign Exchange (FX) and Contracts for Difference (CFDs) is seeking an experienced Dealer to manage trading operations, monitor market risk, and ensure best execution across client activities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining pricing efficiency, managing exposure, and supporting the firm’s trading infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage real-time market risk exposure in line with regulatory and internal limits.
- Monitor client margin trading activities and identify anomalies or irregular patterns.
- Execute trades and provide dealing support, including phone dealing and client interaction.
- Conduct client and trade analysis to support risk-related decision-making.
- Review and optimize trading conditions (spreads, commissions, swaps, margins, trading sessions) on MT4.
- Identify key risks and concentrations; perform scenario analysis to assess market shock impact.
- Prepare daily reports for senior management, including market sentiment and macroeconomic impact.
- Engage with high-net-worth clients to provide market updates and address queries.
- Investigate trade-related complaints and provide clear resolutions.
- Identify new business opportunities, products, and enhancements through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Liaise with liquidity providers and partners to resolve pricing and execution issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support day-to-day operations.
- Train and support junior team members.
- Contribute to the development and integration of trading platforms and dealer tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Dealer or similar trading role.
- Strong knowledge of Forex, indices, commodities, futures, and equities markets.
- Experience working in FX & CFD brokerage environments.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
