Job Description
Our client, a leading player in the telecommunications and ISP sector, is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to drive B2B revenue growth across Lebanon. This role focuses on acquiring and managing enterprise and SME clients, offering advanced connectivity solutions including multi-branch networking (Local WAN), dedicated internet access, MPLS/VPN, backup links, and managed services.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Lebanon’s corporate landscape and a deep understanding of enterprise client expectations, particularly around reliability and service-level commitments.
Responsibilities
Sales & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute a corporate sales strategy targeting key sectors, including banking and financial services, healthcare, education, industrials, and retail chains
- Identify and penetrate areas with high corporate density
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise clients requiring dedicated internet access, connectivity, and redundancy solutions
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to develop tailored proposals and conduct network feasibility assessments
Contract Negotiation & SLAs
- Lead negotiations for corporate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Ensure clear and competitive uptime commitments (e.g., 99%+ SLA)
- Manage pricing discussions while maintaining healthy profit margins
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., IT Managers, CFOs, General Managers)
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts
- Drive client retention and ensure high levels of service satisfaction
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, including pricing strategies, service coverage, and bundled offerings
- Provide insights to leadership on emerging business hubs and infrastructure gaps
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly revenue target (USD or LBP equivalent)
- Number of new enterprise accounts acquired
- Corporate client churn rate
- Contract renewal rate
- Average revenue per corporate client
- Sales pipeline value (3–6 month forecast)
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the telecommunications, ISP, or related technology sectors
- Strong understanding of enterprise connectivity solutions (e.g., DIA, MPLS/VPN, WAN, redundancy solutions)
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and account management
- Experience negotiating high-value contracts and SLAs
- Established network within Lebanon’s corporate sector is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets
