Responsibilities

• Sales Operations
  • Support the Head of Sales in implementing sales strategies and plans across the region
  • Coordinate daily sales activities with the field and back-office teams
  • Supervise the performance of Sales Practitioners and Back-Office Sales Practitioners
  • Monitor sales targets and provide weekly updates on team progress
  • Assist with preparing customer offers, quotations, and follow-ups
  • Review client orders to ensure alignment with production and delivery schedules
  • Track overdue payments and follow up with clients as needed
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and data dashboards for internal reviews
    
    
• Customer Engagement & Market Coordination
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing requests and concerns in coordination with relevant teams
  • Participate in customer meetings to support negotiations and relationship building
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the Head of Sales to improve service
  • Help identify and pursue new customer opportunities in target sectors (construction, distribution, industrial)
• Marketing & Business Support
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns
  • Monitor competitor activity and market changes and report findings to the management team
  • Support promotional activities, trade shows, and exhibitions as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and product offers
    
    
• Team Leadership & Culture
  • Guide and support a small team of sales professionals, ensuring tasks are executed accurately
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture
  • Contribute to team development and training initiatives
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• 4–6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the steel, cement, or paint industries
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales operations and customer engagement practices
• Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French or a local language is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source and engage with qualified candidates through our database and our various channels (website, online job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and on-boarding
• Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients on talent acquisition strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English. French is a big plus.
• Thrive in a complex client and candidate’s management environment and are comfortable juggling multiple work streams as being flexible to adapt to shifting needs of clients.
