Job Description

A leading aluminum fabrication and subcontracting company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and installation of aluminum, glass, and custom interior solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects is seeking an experienced Production & Installation Manager to oversee factory operations, manage production activities, and ensure the successful execution of installation and custom interior projects.

Responsibility

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily factory production operations.
• Lead and coordinate teams involved in aluminum fabrication, steel works, kitchen manufacturing, and installation activities.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and production requirements.
• Ensure projects and orders are completed on schedule and according to agreed deadlines.
• Monitor product quality and enforce compliance with company standards and quality procedures.
• Manage production schedules, material utilization, and workflow efficiency to optimize productivity.
• Coordinate with sales, design, and installation departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective corrective actions.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and disciplined work environment within the factory.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate production staff and supervisors.
• Oversee the maintenance and proper operation of machinery, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare production reports and provide regular performance updates to management.

Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in factory, production, or manufacturing management.
• Proven experience in aluminum fabrication, steel works, kitchen manufacturing, doors, and windows production.
• Strong technical knowledge of fabrication processes, production methods, and quality control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and perform effectively under pressure.
• Solid understanding of production planning, workflow management, and operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in computer applications; experience with production management software is an advantage.
