A well-established Lebanese Restaurant Chain is hiring an Executive Chef. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to lead the kitchen of a new Lebanese concept and play a key role in shaping its identity and success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all kitchen operations
• Design and execute authentic Lebanese menus
• Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
• Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cost-control standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same field
• Proven experience in Lebanese cuisine, preferably in a reputable restaurant
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
• Ability to develop authentic menus and maintain high-quality standards
• Experience in pre-opening operations is an advantage
