An international leading personal care company, specializing in skin care, is looking for a Structural Packaging Designer to help build functional, innovative and sustainable packaging solutions. This role is perfect for someone who combines technical expertise with creativity and enjoys collaborating across teams to turn ideas into real products.

Responsibilities

• Design primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging that is innovative, sustainable, and aligned with brand standards
• Research materials and market trends to recommend creative and forward-thinking solutions
• Create dummies, 3D models, and functional prototypes
• Work closely with marketing, supply chain, production, and packaging development teams
• Manage packaging development and coordination among multiple suppliers
• Perform testing and validation to ensure quality and production efficiency
• Deliver training and support on packaging design tools and methodologies
• Conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) to evaluate environmental impact and guide sustainability initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in packaging development
• Proficiency in LCA and design software such as ArtiosCAD or Rhinoceros
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
• Strong focus on sustainability, quality, and continuous improvement
