A leading Telecom Company in the MEA region is looking for a Senior Internal Audit to join their team in Lebanon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audit assignments across the company’s departments and operations, reviewing and analyzing transactions, documents, records, reports.

Responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, rules, and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy
• Ability to manage and analyze extensive and complex operational and financial data
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and leadership abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, collaborate with teams, and encourage open communication
• Cultural awareness and ability to engage effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Dynamics 365, and Power BI
• Familiarity with EWP systems and CAATs such as ACL or IDEA is an advantage

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven experience in an internal audit department and/or within a CPA firm
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CIA, CFE, or CRMA are a plus
• Fluency in Arabic and English; French is an added advantage
• Availability to travel when needed
