An International Lighting Company headquartered in USA with offices in Cyprus, KSA and Lebanon is hiring a Marketing Manager join their team in Roumieh-Lebanon.

Responsibilities

• Support product marketing information collection and analysis;
• Product benchmark and work out the product improvement requirements, in the same time  create the proper selling points to well promote the product with sales team;
• Support to launch domestic product to develop new business growth for specify regions
• Support and coordinate the business globally, communicate with global sales team to approach business and meet the company global business goal;
• Support the new platform product launch on time with function.
• New product proposal, work out the product roadmap with product team and make the product planning and justification taking into account the following:
  • Current and predicted market, technology and competitive trends or thesis
  • Internal R&D results and Product Development resources or constraints
  • Market or revenue potential justification
• Working closely with sales on strategic and growth accounts
• Prepare marketing and technical marketing materials to showcase product differentiation and competitive edge
• Lead or support promotional activities such as regional tradeshows, press releases and media strategy, advertising, social media, and engagements with key industry influencers such as lighting designers and industry associations, etc.
• Prepare regional market research and competitive analysis 
• Create, implement and maintain segment growth plans, profit plans & product line roadmaps that support profitable market share growth across all assigned product lines. 
• Understand the key market drivers for assigned product lines through market surveys, voice of customer activities and macro-economic data. Leverage this information with a thorough understanding our competitors strengths and weaknesses to develop growth strategies within each region and/or market segment. 
• Facilitate the on-time and cost effective launch of new products & services into the marketplace, while leading the B2B content marketing strategies that will attract new customers
• Handle product award submissions
• Handle light conventions events & Prepare booth design and follow up on execution.

Qualifications

• BA or MA in Marketing or any related fiedl
• 5-7 years of experience, preferably in the lighting, engineering, Industrial/Manufacturing field.
• Fluency in English is a must
