Job Purpose:

The Territory Sales Executive is responsible for developing sales within assigned territories across Nigeria, maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role supports the Area Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage, and coordinating with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Development

• Execute sales plans and activities within the assigned territory to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Visit existing and potential customers regularly to generate sales opportunities and strengthen business relationships.
• Identify and develop new customers within key industries including detergents, cosmetics, food, water treatment, and other industrial sectors.
• Promote Leaderchem's product portfolio and provide customers with technical and commercial information.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and support negotiations to secure new orders.

Market Development

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements within the territory.
• Identify new market opportunities and provide recommendations to the Area Sales Manager.
• Gather and report market intelligence to support business growth and strategic planning.

Customer Service & Order Management

• Ensure prompt follow-up on customer inquiries, orders, and complaints.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction and support customer retention initiatives.
• Follow up on customer payments and assist in collection activities when required.

Warehouse Coordination

• Coordinate closely with the local warehouse to ensure stock availability for customers within the territory.
• Monitor customer demand and communicate sales forecasts to support inventory planning.
• Assist in maintaining accurate stock movement records and support inventory control activities.

Reporting

• Submit weekly sales visit reports and monthly sales performance reports.
• Maintain updated customer records, sales pipelines, and opportunity tracking.
• Provide regular feedback to the Area Sales Manager on territory performance, challenges, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in raw materials, industrial products, or related industries.
• Good knowledge of the Nigerian market and customer landscape.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.

Sales Engineer – International Aluminum Factory
📍 Monrovia, Liberia

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team specializing in aluminum fabrication, glass works, steel structures, kitchens, doors, windows, and interior projects.

The ideal candidate should combine strong technical knowledge with excellent sales and business development skills, with the ability to secure large-scale projects, prepare technical proposals and quotations, negotiate with clients, and supervise projects until final completion.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and large-scale projects
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, developers, and clients
• Prepare technical drawings, project proposals, and material specifications
• Prepare accurate quotations, pricing, and cost estimations
• Negotiate project terms, pricing, and contracts with clients
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Supervise project progress and follow up until successful handover
• Ensure projects are completed according to specifications, timelines, and quality standards
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide professional after-sales support
• Prepare regular sales and project progress reports for management

• Previous experience in aluminum, glass, steel works, kitchens, doors, windows, or construction-related projects
• Strong technical understanding of fabrication and installation processes
• Ability to read and prepare technical drawings
• Experience in pricing, cost estimation, and project quotations
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills
• Business development and project follow-up experience
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and related computer software
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field - Preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales engineering or project management - Preferred
