Summary

A leading food manufacturing company in Lebanon, with international distribution, is looking for a Commercial Manager to join their team in Lebanon.

Develop and implement commercial plans in line with company objectives.
Manage and grow relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key clients.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
Coordinate with Production to ensure proper forecasting and product availability.
Lead pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Monitor budgets, sales forecasts, and commercial KPIs.
Prepare monthly commercial performance reports for management.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales team to ensure alignment with overall commercial objectives.
Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and partnerships to expand market reach locally and internationally.
Establish and implement sales policies, guidelines, and best practices.
Ensure the commercial function meets profitability objectives, margin goals, and volume targets.
Strengthen collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, and production to optimize processes and performance.
Negotiate major contracts and key agreements with distributors and strategic clients.
Oversee customer service standards and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Report directly to the CEO with regular updates on market performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements related to commercial operations.

Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG and food manufacturing, or similar industry.
Strong market knowledge and proven commercial strategy experience.
Proficient in English.
Leadership and people management.
Teamwork and collaboration.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to Travel.
