Sales Engineer – International Aluminum Factory
📍 Monrovia, Liberia
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team specializing in aluminum fabrication, glass works, steel structures, kitchens, doors, windows, and interior projects.
The ideal candidate should combine strong technical knowledge with excellent sales and business development skills, with the ability to secure large-scale projects, prepare technical proposals and quotations, negotiate with clients, and supervise projects until final completion.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and large-scale projects
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, developers, and clients
• Prepare technical drawings, project proposals, and material specifications
• Prepare accurate quotations, pricing, and cost estimations
• Negotiate project terms, pricing, and contracts with clients
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Supervise project progress and follow up until successful handover
• Ensure projects are completed according to specifications, timelines, and quality standards
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide professional after-sales support
• Prepare regular sales and project progress reports for management
🔹 Requirements:
• Previous experience in aluminum, glass, steel works, kitchens, doors, windows, or construction-related projects
• Strong technical understanding of fabrication and installation processes
• Ability to read and prepare technical drawings
• Experience in pricing, cost estimation, and project quotations
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills
• Business development and project follow-up experience
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and related computer software
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field - Preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales engineering or project management - Preferred
